Vesunna 1/3

This is the first part of my graduation project on which I had spend the last past 3 months on, it is a worldbuilding/fantasy type of project inspired by the story of the city of Périgueux (France) from 2000 years ago.
The story sets up in the 19th century in the region of Perigord, but in this reality thousands years ago folks from a village has been saved by Vesunna (a water spirit of a river near by) from the demons of the devastated natures around. She ensured her protection to the peoples by allowing them to construct a city around her river but in return she demanded to fully respect her birthplace, the nature and living beings around. If she notice that her request is greatly respected every 10 years the inhabitants will receive an aquatic energy which will help them to develop and always believe in her.
